Not just that, but he’s thrown in the mix with Strongbad, Max, and the Heavy. What a crazy mix — and it’s that mix that is the reason I got the game. There are other poker games that I’m sure are fine poker simulators, and maybe with online that this lacks. But that’s ok, because this is about the characters. How does Strongbad deal with Tycho? What does the Heavy think of Max “little bunny man”? The game can be rather challenging but once you get use to it and begin to learn the ropes it’s a wonderful experience! The conversations the characters have between one another is hilarious! It is a difficult chore of a game. I think that I would rather play poker without the characters let alone with them talking. After a few games I just shut the talking to as little as it could be and that was still too much. After the first two hours of playing this game I ended up forgiving it for all of its flaws and I started getting into the game more. There is no online or multiplayer support. Once I got the Team Fortress items, I was eager to forget this. It is not the worst poker game out there, but it was a chore to play. |
